My name is Megan, I am 27 years old & am a British Artist from West Sussex, United Kingdom. I have been creating for as long as I can remember and I have always loved being creative; combining abstract art with realism is my go-to!
I decided to travel to Australia when i was 19, and what was meant to be 4 months of travelling, somehow managed to turn into 8 Years of living. I now live in Brisbane, Australia and this is where I paint.
Colour plays a central role in my art. I find it mesmerising how it can shape the mood and energy of a space, and I love using subtle tones and accents to bring each piece to life.
Animals have always held a special place in my heart. I have two gorgeous cats of my own & I am completely obsessed with them. When creating pet portraits, my focus is not only on capturing their physical beauty, but their unique personality and character. By combining realism with abstract details and carefully placed hints of colour, I aim to create portraits that truly stand out and feel deeply personal.
